LRC's Coaching Club

I've had several requests from our agents for more training and contact. And truthfully putting seminars together is time consuming and expensive. It's hard for our agents to get to them and it's hard for us to arrange them. That's why we only do a couple a year. But on the other hand the training and contact is really important. So what's the answer?
I think we've come up with the perfect solution: LRC's Coaching Club!
- This is a club of insiders who we will help learn more about the products, marketing and in short the inside secrets to increasing their income.
- They will be a select group of agents who will have priority access to us.
- They will be on a special member's only email list where they'll be the first to receive marketing tips and news about upcoming events and product/company/marketing information.
I got the idea from coaching clubs that I am in. They have been great for me. I've learned so much by being able to ask my own questions but also from questions I never would have thought to ask by other members of the club.
Basically, we are going to have a weekly teleconference where members can call and listen in on product and marketing information and training for Medicare Supplement, LTCi and Life with a Q&A session at the end. The teleconference is perfect for all of us who have busy schedules. We plan to have about a 1/2 hour call per session to start. We can always increase the time if need be.
Who Gets in the Club?
No offense, but we really have no desire to train our competition. We are going to limit the Coaching Club to agents who are appointed with us.
This club is for doers. Agents who are looking to increase their income and who will take the information and implement it are welcome.
We've helped many agents substantially increase their income
on a one-on-one basis in the past.
Now we'd like to help more of you.
It worked for them and it'll work for you too. Get on board with us now.
We will be limiting the number of agents we allow in the Club so if you're interested and motivated let us know ASAP
If you are interested please let us know what days and times are best for your schedule so we can plan ahead.
Once we schedule the call we will email members the number to call along with the access code, date and time.

The biggest advantage of the conference call is that you don't have to interrupt your day , travel to a remote location and then spend time traveling back to the office. I think that this is a very good way to disseminate information to your agents in between your workshops.

Great time saver for you both to say it once as opposed to 20 or more in individual conversations.
